PERSONAL TRAINING

I am a qualified Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer. I offer 1-1s on set days. As your personal trainer I will help you define your fitness goals, teach you the correct techniques to avoid injury and get maximum benefit from your sessions.



JUNIOR  AGILITY

Focusing on improving junior agility, motor coordination, footwork, speed, hand eye coordination and general fitness.

We run a number of agility clubs for ages 4-16 years.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Preventing injuries and building strength in the correct way is so important when playing sport at any level.  I had a S&C coach when competing at badminton and didn't have an injury!
