I have been involved in the fitness industry for many years. I had a Strength and conditioning coach from the age of 12 when competing in sport so I understand the importance of training in the correct way to improve strength and prevent injuries. All my personal training sessions are based at Studio 180 gym in Letchworth, Hertfordshire however in the summer there is the option to take the sessions outside weather permitting. I tend to stick with Tuesdays and Wednesdays during the day and Sunday mornings for PT clients however I will do my best to fit you in. There is the option of having sessions over video call if you prefer.
