We provide junior fitness sessions weekly to help improve motor coordination, balance, speed, footwork, agility and general fitness. Strength and conditioning is so important when playing sport to prevent injuries and improve strength in a safe correct environment especially when young  as your body is constantly changing and growing. 

I work with 10-18 year olds to improve their strength, mobility and balance. Some of my clients play a specific sport and so I can tailor our sessions to help specifically with their sport. S&C sessions will be based at Studio 180 in Letchworth, Hertfordshire. I do also have the option of video call sessions where you can train from the comfort of your own home.

I have teamed up with the very experienced Strength and Conditioning coach Wayne Dumpleton to improve junior agility, focusing on hand eye coordination, footwork, speed and balance, all key skills for sport.

I worked with Wayne when competing in sport and he kept me injury free, I have known him for many years and we are both very passionate about developing long term development plans which prevent injury and keep the player healthy.

We will be sharing many drills which you can do with little or no equipment, we have used very basic equipment in our drills!
